Load Envelopes Into Pixma TS6320 Printer
- After opening the printer’s rear tray cover, fold back the paper support.
- Once you open the feed slot cover of the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer, slide the paper guides to the extreme ends.
- Place the envelope with its print side facing up in the rear tray.
- Note: The envelope is to be loaded in the portrait orientation, and you can place 10 envelopes at a time.
- Move the paper guides according to the dimension of the envelope. This will fit the envelope correctly in the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer’s rear tray.
- Once you close the feed slot cover of the printer, the paper setting confirmation screen will appear on the printer’s LCD panel.
- Check if the page size and media type displays on the LCD panel of the printer matches the envelope type that you have loaded in the printer’s rear tray.
- If so, select the OK option. If you want to modify the paper settings, select the Change option.
